Christmas with the Mousekins by Maggie Smith

Ages: 6 and up

Christmas with the Mousekins is about a mouse family that is getting ready for Christmas.  Included in the book are crafts, recipes, and poems.  My favorite part of the story is when Nana Mousekin told a Christmas Eve story to the family.

This picture book is based on the carol, Silent Night.  A mother bear and her cub happily enjoy their surroundings in nature.  This story is a great read aloud for all ages.

  Snow is my Favorite and my Best (Charlie Lola) by Lauren Child

This is a book from the Charlie and Lola series!  Together, they go on an adventure to the Artic.  Charlie attempts to prove to Lola why having snow all year round is not such a great idea.

Where Teddy Bears Come From by Mark Burgess

Ages: 5-9

This is a funny story about a little gray wolf.  He wants to find out where teddy bears come from.  He meets the Three Little Pigs and other familiar characters! Read this book to find out what happens.
